Family-focused entertainment team

I enjoyed my stay at Balansat Resort, where the friendly staff. The beach access offered fine sunsets, and the family-friendly atmosphere contributed to a charming vacation. My Junior Suite needed some updates, especially the nonfunctional hydromassage shower.

The apartment was fantastic, featuring a spacious living area with a kitchenette that allowed for convenient meal preparations. The surrounding beach is breathtaking, especially during sunset. The pools were well-maintained and provided options for both relaxation and fun for the kids.

The entertainment activities could use more English options.

I savored the crisp salads at the poolside snack bar, and the local seafood at nearby Chiringuito Utopia was a delightful find. Plus, the hotel’s staff was super understanding when we had to cut our trip short, refunding us for the extra days! Definitely a standout experience.

The Junior Suite we stayed in was showing its age, with some mould on the ceilings and a hydromassage shower that didn’t do its job. Still, the prime beach location made up for those hiccups.

I had an very nice time at balansat during my birthday celebration in port de sant miguel. The staff were understanding when we had to leave early, and the beach access was just amazing, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The mix of kids’ entertainment kept the little ones happy

Pleasant room, friendly staff, we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with its convenient beach access and the well-equipped kitchenette provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect Family Getaway for Relaxation!

We had an amazing time enjoying the serene beach right outside our door. The kids loved the splash pool, and our apartment had everything we needed. Dining options were delightful, especially the fresh seafood nearby! Remember to check on entertainment activities for little ones!

The beach was perfect for our family with 5 teenagers and 2 children. The entertainment staff offered a great variety of activities, including kid-friendly options, and the pool was clean and spacious, allowing everyone to enjoy their time without feeling cramped.

My wife says that the air conditioning in our room could use improvement for summer stays.

Lovely splash park for the kids. The food options felt repetitive, especially at dinner. Easy access to the beach for sand and sea. Fun activities like themed dinner nights made the stay enjoyable.

I appreciated the understanding staff when we had to cut our trip short due to health reasons. They refunded us for the days we missed! Plus, the beach was just a short walk away and perfect for watching sunsets.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

I adored the bright and welcoming decor throughout Balansat Resort. The entrance had smooth ramps, making it easily accessible for seniors like myself, which allowed for a comfortable and pleasant experience exploring the beautiful grounds.

More comfortable seating options in public areas would help.
